With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Julie A. Bauch, CEO of Bauch Enterprises, has amassed an impressive portfolio of properties in the Twin Cities metro area. Her established network of contacts and extensive knowledge of the local commercial real estate market has helped her clients get into several notable buildings.

Julie’s leasing and management portfolio includes a multi-tenant office building in Roseville. and a 1.3 million square foot portfolio of office warehouse buildings located throughout the Twin Cities. In addition, Julie has recently been awarded the Asset Management position for Keg & Case, a unique, mixed use redevelopment located in one of the historic Schmidt Brewery buildings.
