Our CEO, Julie, has developed a select clientele at Bauch Enterprises, and has represented every aspect of her client’s needs, from land sales to business sales, relocation to redevelopment. She the source for customized service. Julie Bauch recently left CBRE in Minneapolis where she held the position of Assistant Director of Property Management. Julie’s team consisted of nineteen property managers and support staff responsible for a portfolio of over six million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
